About:
The Government of Tamil Nadu created a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for implementing the Chennai Metro Rail Project. This SPV named as "Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL)" was incorporated on 03-12-2007 under the Companies Act. It has been converted into a Joint Venture of Government of India and Government of Tamil Nadu with equal equity holding.

Qualification: Candidates should have completed Graduation in Civil Engineering from a reputed University recognized by Govt. Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering field with respect to quantification and estimation of civil works like construction of Civil Roads, Elevated Corridors / Highways / Complex Structures and the candidate should have experience in usage of Q & E related software like road estimation.
Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceeding 50 years as on date of advertisement.
Pay Scale: 75,000/- Per Month
Selection Procedure: For the above post, the selection methodology will comprise two-stage process, interview followed by Medical examination. The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness
